Our Team
Laura Koletar, LICSW
Telehealth only
My focus in therapy is to build a trusting relationship which inspires self-discovery and a greater capacity for change. I tend to use a relational style with curiosity, humor, and compassion to hear your story and process with you in a non-judgmental and affirming space. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. Whether what you're looking for is a diagnosis that helps you understand mental health symptoms and learn ways to cope, better communication skills in your relationships, a safe space to process identity formation or life transitions, or a number of other things, I believe that therapy can be a useful tool.
Jory Miller, LICSW
Telehealth only
I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and I consider it is a privilege to walk alongside my clients on this path. Developing a strong, trusting relationship is essential to this process, and it allows us to work through the challenges and achieve the changes that are meaningful to you. My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing the mind-body connection and drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques to create a safe and personalized experience for each client.

79 13th Ave NE, Suite 103B, Minneapolis, MN, 55413
The clients I work with come from different backgrounds and experiences, each with their own unique challenges and hopes for therapy. Some are navigating relationship struggles, others are processing anxiety, self-doubt, or the impact of past experiences. Whether they seek more fulfilling connections, emotional clarity, or a deeper sense of self-trust, they’re looking for a space where their personal history, culture, and the larger systems they navigate are understood and explored.

I am a systems thinker with advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
